This policy explains how Event-Services Bengaluru handles information submitted through event-services.in.

Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in a protected website data file and may also be sent to our business email. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy terms. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information when required by law or to service providers that operate the website and communications on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising choices
Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement may be configured to help understand visits and genuine enquiries. Google tag behaviour follows the website's configured consent settings, and the website does not show a blocking privacy popup during normal browsing. When advertising or analytics storage is denied, consent-aware Google tags may send limited measurement signals. Essential storage may still be used for security, form sessions and administrator access.
Retention and security
Website enquiry records are intended to be retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is required for an active customer relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
