Descriptions, photographs, starting prices and package prices help customers explore options. They are not an automatic offer, booking confirmation or guarantee of availability. Photographs illustrate previous or catalogue work; the final result depends on the written scope, venue and selected design.

Final quotation

The final price can depend on date, venue, locality, guest count, quantities, design customisation, materials, duration, staffing, transport, access conditions, taxes where applicable and availability. Ask for a written quotation showing inclusions, exclusions and payment terms.

Availability and confirmation

Submitting a form, calling or sending WhatsApp does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when Event-Services explicitly confirms availability in writing and the agreed booking requirements are completed.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate venue, date, timing, guest count and access information.
• Obtain venue permissions and disclose restrictions that affect setup or service.
• Review the final scope and report errors before confirmation.
• Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password through the website.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Change, cancellation and refund terms can vary by service and date because materials, performers, vendors and staffing may be reserved in advance. These terms must be stated in the final quotation or booking document.
