The website helps customers explore services and begin an enquiry. It is not an e-commerce checkout and does not create a booking by itself.

Starting prices

Any price shown on the website is a starting or reference price for the described scope. Final pricing can change with the date, venue, quantity, guest count, menu, design, materials, duration, access, travel, labour, taxes and third-party requirements.

Images and references

Images communicate style or service direction. The final result may be adapted to the venue, available materials, lighting, dimensions, weather and approved quotation. Ask for the exact design, material, quantity and substitution terms in writing.

Availability and confirmation

An enquiry, WhatsApp message or verbal discussion does not reserve the date. A booking is confirmed only after availability, written scope, final commercial terms and the required payment are accepted by both parties.

Venue and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate venue information and obtain permissions for access, installation, sound, electricity, fire safety, food service, photography, drones and other regulated or restricted activities where applicable. Responsibilities should be stated in the quotation.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Change, cancellation, postponement and refund terms can vary by service and supplier commitments. Review these terms before payment. Custom production, flowers, food, artist bookings and third-party reservations may have separate conditions.

Written scope

Before paying, confirm the inclusions, exclusions, quantities, timing, transport, setup, dismantling, taxes, payment stages, contact persons and any venue-dependent conditions in the final quotation or agreement.
